Our Purpose

At Henley Beach Primary School, we are committed to nurturing a vibrant and inclusive community where every child is empowered to develop as both a person and a learner.  Our vision is to foster a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment that values difference and encourages students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

We aim to equip our students with the knowledge, skills and values necessary to become confident, compassionate, and active citizens.  By embracing the principles of agile and independent learning, we encourage our students to embrace challenges, cultivate and growth mindset, and develop resilience.

In partnership with families and the wider community, we strive to create opportunities for lifelong learning and personal growth.  Our focus is on developing the whole child, ensuring they leave our school with a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking, as well as a deep respect for themselves and others.

Together, we are dedicated to making Henley Beach Primary School a place where every student can achieve their full potential and contribute positively to society.
